The Christmas City Sangha practices Mindfulness Meditation in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh (Plum Village Monastary). We meet Wednesday evenings from 7:00 pm till 8:30 pm. The meeting room opens up at 6:30 pm. We meet at the Cathedral Church of the Nativity - 321 Wyandotte Street • Bethlehem, PA 18015.
Each session is made up of a 20 minute guided meditation, 20 minutes of walking meditation, and 20 minutes of silent meditation.
Participants are invited to arrive early in order to get comfortable and socialize.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, in order to protect the health and welfare of our members, all sessions are being live streamed on the Cathedral's Facebook page. The live stream starts at 7 pm and lasts till 8:00 pm. Each session is made up of a 20 minute guided meditation, a short session of mindful movements (qigong), and a 20 minute silent sitting meditation.
